| The Sakr Group is an international company, whose headquarter is located in Hamburg with a subsidiary in Cairo, Egypt. Our business activities are mainly focused on the import and export of wares between Germany, Europe and the Arabic countries. We primarily concentrate on business-to-business as well as business-to-customer activities. In all our trade-regions we rely on a large network of business partners for our business activities. |

| In our business activities we follow different strategies: |
- We sell our own wares on the German and Arabic market.
- We support business partners in Europe in their efforts to introduce their wares on the Arabic market by using our established sales channels and handling the according formalities.
- In case of inquiries for certain products by our Arabic business partners we will organise these products in Europe - or worldwide - and ascertain a speedy delivery and handling of the transaction.
- In Egypt we are the first company to offer trucks and construction machines on a leasing basis. Since our customers don't have to pay the full amount right away,
this business model is very attractive for lots of companies.
